Delivery Time

 

Please allow a delivery window of 2-4 business days within the Kampala city limits. Please note we do not currently deliver outside the greater Kampala area and parts of Wakiso.

 

Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

 

(Business days are Monday to Friday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included)

 

Delivery Fees

 

At The Baby Store UG we hate hidden fees just as much as you do, that is why we tell you upfront what it costs to deliver your order to you. Delivery fees depend on your location.

 

Within Kampala city limits                6,000 UGX

Within greater Kampala and parts of Wakiso             8,500 UGX
